During this hour-long consultation, I will answer your questions regarding Keto. We will discuss how to “do Keto right” to achieve success, and how it can help you enjoy better health. I will tell you what to expect on Keto and offer tips to make your transition easier. We will discuss the goals and expectations of the Ketogenic Lifestyle and what is a well-formulated Ketogenic Diet. I will calculate your macros determined specifically for your goals.
